Perchance Publishing is a music publishing business currently  representing eight songwriters from Canada and the United States.

We are pleased to be associated with MidTex Music based in Temple, Texas.  Owner and songwriter, Frank Zaruba has a wealth of experience and contacts in the publishing world, with song placements on Grammy award winning records and film.

Who we are

• Mike Hughes, co-owner of Perchance Publishing has been in the Music industry on and off since he was 15 years old.  At 16 he signed his first publishing deal with Creemore Music Publishing.  At 19 he was on the road playing clubs and bars, paying his dues.  Over the next 30 years he has played in various bands while working fulltime and starting a family. In the 90's he had set up his production studio producing jingles, ads, demos, etc.  Over time this evolved into Maritime Mastering and more recently, has formed Perchance Publishing.  
• Sharon Nauss-Hughes, co-owner of Perchance Publishing, has been a part of the music scene in Nova Scotia since her mid teens.  Playing fulltime and part time over a 30 year span, she has become known as one of Nova Scotia's finest singer/songwriters.
