Sharon
Nauss
In Canada, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) has been a
long-standing supporter of homegrown songwriters.
Sharon first performed an original song on CBC- TV at the age
of 15, and the CBC has continued to recognize her songwriting
talents throughout her career.
She was twice chosen a finalist in the CBC Songwriting
Contest (top 20 of over 400 entrants).
She was featured on CBC’s “Atlantic Airwaves”
as part of the Fundy Folk Songwriters Project,
and her song “Pine Street” was showcased on CBC Radio’s
“Unsung Heroes”.
Sharon’s songwriting style incorporates influences from many styles:
traditional folk, pop, jazz, and quirky originality.
She has written and performed several radio jingles and
continues to write for her own CD project. “The MacLean Sisters” of
Nova Scotia, Canada have performed her song “The Lillie Lorraine” in
their concert tours.

Paul
Dunn
Paul is a Christian songwriter with three CD’s of original material
to his credit. His recent CD "Back to the Well",
attests to the fact that he is diverse in his writing style.
Bluegrass, country, rock, ...many genres are represented.
Paul had been guitarist and vocalist with the Christian band
“Shoulder To Shoulder” for many years and has now decided to
dedicate himself to songwriting.

Zaruba, Midtex Music
In a co-publishing deal with Midtex Music Publishing in Texas, Perchance Publishing represents four songwriters from the U.S. Frank Zaruba, Cliff Darby, Beth Davidson and Jami Bryant
Dan
McCarthy
Dan is from Sydney, Cape Breton and founder of the rock band, Evolution. Dan as been playing guitar since the age of 12 and has played in such bands as "Knuckle Bones", 8 FEET (a project put together for the 1998 Music Spirit East contest)and was lead guitar player for Cape Breton's legendary party band, Spyder.
Brock Zeman
Over the past five years Brock Zeman has elbowed his way into the
independent music world. The 27 year old singer-songwriter of
Carleton Place Ontario has already released 6 albums and toured
Canada and the US extensively averaging 250 to 300 dates a year. His
signature roots style, has been praised by critics for the maturity
of his vocals, the depth of his storytelling and his impressive live
performances. He was first discovered by Canadian Country Hall of
Famer Keith Glass (Prairie Oyster) who went on to produce his first
4 releases. By the time of his 5th released Brock was picked up by
Busted Flat records out of Kitchener Ontario, and in the past five
years Brock has become known as one of the most prolific, hard
working artists to fly under the radar.
